The author submits the full text to the editorial board. If reviewers and editors ask for the completeness needed to complete or clarify the text, then the obligation ofthe author to submit it. Editor has the right to add tothe lack or reduce of things that are deemed important to the text on the advice of reviewers and editorial considerations. Reviewers will be selected by manager journals with a single blind review system where the author does not know the peer review, but the reviewer knows the author. The decision of whether or not the text isreceived by the chief of the editorial board at the suggestion of the editor and reviewer taking into account the results of the plagiarism check and content of the proposed text. After the manuscript is declared to pass, a written originality statement letter and a letter of approval for proofreading and editing will be made before the manuscript is published.
