Publication Ethics

The author submits the entire manuscript to the editorial board. If reviewers and editors request the completeness required to complete or explain the content, it is the author's responsibility to submit it. On the advice of reviewers and editorial considerations, the editor has the power to add to or reduce elements that are judged significant to the text. Manager journals will select reviewers using a double-blind review technique in which the author does not know the peer reviewer, but the reviewer knows the author. The chief of the editorial board decides whether the text is received at the recommendation of the editor and reviewer, taking into account the results of the plagiarism check and the content of the proposed text. Before the text is published, a written originality statement letter and a letter of approval for proofreading and editing will be made after it has been certified to pass.
