ABSTRACT. The implementation Nursing of Diagnosis Standards (SDKI), Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards (SLKI), and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI) serves as the foundation for delivering high-quality nursing care. However, not all nurses have adequate knowledge of implementing these three standards in clinical practice. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of 3S implementation education in improving nurse knowledge at Assuyuthiyyah Hospital, Pati. Study employed a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 50 nurse participants. Educational intervention consisted of lectures, training sessions, case simulations, supervised clinical practice, and evaluation of nursing documentation. Knowledge of nurse assessed using a structured questionnaire before and after the intervention. Data analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The findings demonstrated that the 3S educational program improved nurse knowledge regarding the application of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI throughout the nursing care process. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test revealed a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.001), indicating that the educational intervention effectively enhanced nurse knowledge of implementing the 3S standards. In conclusion, the 3S educational program was effective in improving nurse knowledge at Assuyuthiyyah Hospital, Pati. This program may serve as an effective strategy enhance nurse competencies, improve the quality of nursing documentation, and strengthen overall quality of hospital services.
