One of the critical successes of therapy is medication adherence by patients.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: Determine the correlation between medication adherence and therapeutic outcome in hypertension patients at the Mlati II health center.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: This is a non-experimental study with a cross sectional design analysis, by purposive sampling technique. Adherence was obtained in the form of adherence levels measured using the MMAS-8 questionnaire, therapeutic outcomes assessed by measuring a patient's blood pressure. Yogyakarta https://ejournal.unjaya.ac.id/index.php/mik/article/view/1344 <p><strong>Background</strong>: Unmet need for family planning refers to women who wish to delay or limit births but didn’t use contraceptive methods to achieve them. Factors related were marital status, place of residence, and access to health services. Occupational factors, sources of information, husband’s support for family planning, and discussions about family planning with husbands were also related to unmet need. <br><strong>Objective</strong>: To identify that most influence unmet need for family planning in Bantul District, D.I. Yogyakarta.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: Research design using a cross-sectional approach with a cluster random sampling technique, namely 331 couples of reproductive age in Wonokromo I and Wonokromo II villages. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The results were analyzed using Chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression.<br><strong>Results</strong>: Chi-square test on variables of knowledge about family planning p=0.406, access to family planning services with p-value=0.005, sources of information p=0.001, discussion of family planning with husbands p=0.001, and husband’s support in family planning with p=0.001. The OR value of discussing contraception with the husband were 6.3.<br><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The most dominant factor related to unmet need for family planning in Bantul district, D.I. Common stressors perceived are rigorous courses, a mandatory curriculum requires students facing frequent transitions from classroom to intensive lab and hospital also frequent enforcement of exams. Dealing with those situations, students attempt to deal and cope through the negative mode of action such as consuming alcohol, marijuana, smoking, and drug abuse. It is essential to manage those problems through effective intervention<br><strong>Objective</strong>: This study aims to understand the potential effects of saffron to treat anxiety among college students.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: We conducted an un-blinded experimental study. 78 nursing students perceiving anxiety, divided into two groups, the saffron group (n 42) and control groups (n 36). Treatment protocol was saffron group received saffron as brewed drinks, while control group drinks regular tea. The treatment duration is two weeks. Outcome assessed with DASS 21 Checklist, at baseline, and after 2 weeks therapy.<br><strong>Results</strong>:. Saffron had a more significant impact on the anxiety level among the intervention group. Unfortunately, citizens seem to have no feeling of uneasiness although their place is haunted by the drowning threats. <br><strong>Objective</strong>: This study aims to investigate the impact of risk perception, self-efficacy, trust in government, and place attachment to disaster preparedness facing the threat of drowning.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: A cross sectional study with quantitative and non-experimental design was applied. 486 Jakarta’s citizens as the sample of the study by using quota sampling. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was executed to test the hypothesis.<br><strong>Results</strong>: Risk perception, self-efficacy, and trust in government were found significantly affected disaster preparedness with a total contribution of 24% (F=10.81, sig &lt; 0.000) after being moderated by place attachment.<br><strong>Conclusion</strong>: This study demonstrated that place attachment was capable of modifying the role of risk perception, self-efficacy, and trust in government in predicting disaster preparedness. The risk of fire disasters in clove or coffee fields may occur because Bali is currently experiencing a dry season. Preparedness is an activity carried out to deal with disasters through quick and appropriate steps so that property loss and loss of life can be minimized.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: This research aims to determine the community’s readiness to face fire disaster.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: This research is descriptive quantitative research, where data was obtained from the results of fire disaster mitigation, with a purposive sampling technique where the sample consisted of 40 people. Hemostatic drugs used to stop bleeding have many side effects. Striae Gravidarum inextricably linked with relaxin hormone. Human chorionic gonadotropin will increase the secretion of relaxin. Secretion of this hormone will decrease following the 24th week, consequently the risk of developing Striae gravidarum becomes higher. It may result in itch, in the worst case of Striae gravidarum itching.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: To determine the influence of Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Miller) usage on itch reduction in pregnant women with striae gravidarum.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: Using a one-group pretest-posttest design methodology, this study employed a quasi-experiment design. Thirty responders were among the samples. This study took place in May 2023. Itching score was measured using VAS. Paired T-test was used for data analysis.<br><strong>Results</strong>: Average of itching frequency prior to the use of aloe vera was 8.27, upon the use of aloe vera its average was 2.97cc. The condition of health services in coastal communities which the number of health workers, especially nurses is still limited, it becomes important to carry out research related to the experience of nurses in the treatment of emergencies in coastal areas.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: This study aims to identify the nurse’s experience of emergency management in coastal areas.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: This research was qualitative with a phenomenological design which involved eight participants of nurses who work in the primary healthcare in the coastal area. To maximize the total extracted flavonoids needs to optimize the extraction duration.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: Knowing the optimum maceration duration on the total flavonoid content using the UV-VIS Spectrophotometric method on black ginger ethanol extract.<br><strong>Method</strong>: Black ginger is extracted using the maceration method with ethanol (70%) solvent in maceration duration of 12, 24, 36,48, and 60 hours. The extract will be tested qualitatively and quantitative to determine the total levels of flavonoids using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometric method.<br><strong>Result</strong>: Qualitative test of black ginger ethanol extract gave positive results for flavonoids, phenolics, alkaloids, steroids, and tannins. The total level of flavonoids in black ginger ethanol extract was 7,8988  0,1223 mgEQ/g (12 hours); 8,5705  0,1529 mgEQ/g (24 hours); 9,8102  0,0416 mgEQ/g (36 hours); 10,6161  0,0768 mgEQ/g (48 hours); 7,2594  0,1244 mgEQ/g (60 hours). It has revealed that significant number of PO at PT X operate in non-ergonomic work environments with awkward postures during their work.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: This study aims to evaluate PO working posture in connection with their workstations with primary goal of addressing question <br><strong>Methods</strong>: Descriptive observational design with cross-sectional approach using total sampling. Research variables are musculoskeletal complaints; were assessed with Nordic Body Questionnare, and work postures; analized with RULA and REBA. <br><strong>Results</strong>: Rectification, assembly, grinding, cutting thermoplast sheets, chipping positive cast, and separating plastic from positive cast are workstations which have been identified as significant contributors to musculoskeletal injuries. All activities in those areas are done in standing position. <br><strong>Conclusion</strong>: In all activities, PO typically maintain standing posture for extended durations. This has led to development of musculoskeletal injuries required appropriate treatment. The increase in complementary services needs to be balanced with efforts to improve the quality of medical services, one of which is assessing patient satisfaction.<br><strong>Objective</strong>: to determine the relationship between patient characteristics and satisfaction with complementary services by midwives.<br><strong>Methods</strong>: This research was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The research location was Ngaglik I Public Health Care area. The sample of this study amounted to 30 respondents taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate chi-square<br><strong>Results</strong>: There is no relationship between age and patient satisfaction (P-value 1.00&gt;0.05). There is no relationship between employment status and patient satisfaction (P-value 0.657&gt;0.05). Based on the level of education, there is no relationship with patient satisfaction (P-value 0.637&gt;0.05).
