Penegakan Hukum Pada Kasus Investasi Ilegal Daring Ditinjau dari Aspek Restorative Justice

Illegal online investments have become a serious issue in the modern financial world, affecting communities and causing financial instability. This study examines the restorative justice approach in law enforcement against perpetrators of illegal online investments, with a focus on empowering victims, rehabilitating wrongdoers, and recovering losses incurred by these illicit investment schemes using normative legal research methods. The research findings demonstrate that the restorative justice approach can provide more effective solutions to address illegal online investments. By empowering victims, they can actively participate in the law enforcement process, gaining a better understanding of fraudulent schemes and how to prevent them in the future. Second, rehabilitating wrongdoers becomes a crucial component of restorative justice. By identifying the causes and factors that drive individuals to engage in illegal online investment schemes, the legal system can offer opportunities for them to learn from their mistakes, change their behavior, and undergo rehabilitation. This can help reduce the risk of these individuals getting involved in illegal activities again in the future. Third, within the context of restorative justice, compensation and restitution take center stage. Material and moral restitution to victims can restore a sense of justice and rebuild public trust in the legal system. The restorative justice approach in enforcing the law against illegal online investment perpetrators offers solutions centered around recovery, victim empowerment, wrongdoer rehabilitation, and compensation for victims. In the effort to combat illegal online investments, restorative justice can serve as an effective tool to bring about justice and rectify the losses caused by these unlawful practices. This can be achieved through collaboration between the government, financial institutions, and the community. Thus, the restorative justice approach can make a significant contribution to the fight against illegal online investments and create a safer and fairer financial environment.

Description Of The Traumatic Experience Of The Dinar Indah Housing Flood Disaster Victims

Unpredictable natural disasters can traumatize a person and disrupt the victim's daily activities. Moreover, if this is the first time a victim has experienced a natural disaster. The trauma that arises and the impact on them will be different from the victims who have experienced several natural disasters. In this case, the researcher will provide an overview of the trauma experienced by flood victims who have only experienced floods once, a total of four people. This study uses qualitative data collection techniques using interviews, observation and phenomenological data analysis techniques. The results showed that natural disasters that occurred to participants caused trauma due to this unpleasant experience. This impacts participants who are more easily anxious and afraid when symptoms of natural disasters appear—looking at the results of the interviews in analyzing the symptoms of trauma felt by the participants and how disturbing they were in carrying out their daily activities.

Hubungan Locus Of Control Terhadap Perilaku Altruisme Perokok Pasif Dalam Menjalin Relasi Dengan Perokok Aktif

Dampak rokok yang banyak dapat menimbulkan adanya masalah kesehatan dan dampak sosial. Rokok tidak hanya berdampak bagi perokok aktif sendiri melainkan juga perokok pasif yang biasanya adalah terdekat dari perokok aktif tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan locus of control terhadap perilaku altruisme perokok pasif dalam menjalin hubungan dengan perokok aktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu menggunakan skala locus of control dalam penelitian Rizki (2019) dan skala perilaku altruisme dalam penelitian Zakiyah (2017). Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 perempuan usia 20-30 tahun, lama menjalin relasi dengan perokok aktif lebih dari 1 bulan. Metode analisa data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara locus of control dengan perilaku altruisme perokok pasif yang menjalin hubungan dengan perokok aktif dengan nilai r = 0,500 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Environmental Pollution is one of the main problems faced by people all over the world, especially Indonesia, if there is environmental pollution, the community can complain about it to the competent court. In this study, a problem arose regarding the authority of the State Administrative Court in adjudicating environmental case disputes (DECISION 42/G/LH/2020/PTUN.MDN). The research method used is normative juridical. The findings show that Article 47 of Law Number 5 of 1986 as amended by Law Number 9 of 2004 outlines the absolute competence of the State Administrative Court in the Indonesian justice system, including its role in assessing, deciding and resolving state problems. Administrative disputes in the case of the Medan State Administrative Court certainly have absolute and relative authority in their decisions on these disputes.

Kompetisi untuk Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Diri Remaja: Studi Pada Yayasan X

Remaja perlu dibekali dengan berbagai hal positif untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka menghadapi proses pendewasaan. Namun bagi remaja yang tinggal di panti, banyak tantangan yang diperoleh agar dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah kepercayaan diri. Tidak adanya dukungan dari orang tua terkadang membuat anak asuh menjadi tidak percaya diri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, yaitu melalui kompetisi. Sebanyak 20 orang remaja yang menghuni Pondok Yayasan X menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui metode kuasi eksperimen, diperoleh peningkatan rasa percaya diri yang signifikan setelah mengikuti intervensi dengan t(19) = -5.76, p<0.001. Intervensi ini dapat memberikan gambaran bagi pengelola panti untuk memberikan stimulus sederhana kepada anak-anak asuh agar rasa percaya diri dapat tumbuh dengan optimal. Kajian lebih lanjut tentang perlunya kompetisi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri perlu dilakukan.
